As your coach, I will listen, I will be non-judgmental, I will not give you advice on how to live your life but I will help you move forward in a focused and structured way at your pace and to your agenda so you can become the person you really want to be.
WHY HAVE A COACH?
Coaching is an investment in your future. In Coaching, we do not dwell on the past. We begin with the present and assist clients in setting very clear and specific goals for the future. Through coaching you will challenge your thoughts and assumptions, develop a positive mental attitude and beliefs that work for you, improve your morale, self-esteem, and confidence. The focus is on movement and taking action.
Hiring a coach allows you to have somebody exclusively there for you to act as a sounding board, to share your innermost thoughts without being judged. A coach will be impartial in a way a partner, best friend or family member would find difficult. A coach will support and encourage you to fulfill your potential, take control of your life and make it what you really want it to be.
AM I THE RIGHT COACH FOR YOU?
I started getting seriously interested in Life Coaching when I realised that it did work. It has helped me overcome many hurdles and helped me change the person I was into somebody I really enjoy being today! Helping others find their own way, realise their potential, become self-confident, take responsibility for their own life is one of the most gratifying things to me.
I hold a Life Coaching Diploma from the Complementary Health Education Institute, a recognised holistic therapies training centre fully accredited by the Open Learning Quality Council and the Complimentary Medical Association. I have also trained with the Coaching Academy, the UK’s first, and now the world’s largest, coach training school endorsed by the Open College Network and The Institute of Leadership and Management.
I am also a qualified Nutritional Advisor and I can help you with Lifestyle Change (achieving healthy weight loss, balanced nutrition and a better health).
Prior to this, I worked for more than 8 years as a Management Consultant for a large American Consultancy firm, where I learnt to be organised and focused and also to listen to my clients, to my staff, to my managers, who all had different needs and agendas and where I was faced with many issues from stress, to conflicts, time-management, work-life balance.
I have a Business Degree and graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Paris (ESCP-EAP).
I am also the proud mother of 2 and know of the challenges and joys of being a parent and how it puts a new perspective on your vision of the world and your life.
During my time off, I regularly practice Tai-Chi. We go climbing as a family. I take Spanish lessons with my friends. I also help the school’s parents association. Above all, I relax and enjoy my family and my friends.
THE WAY I WORK
I usually coach over the phone in pre-arranged 45-50 minute-sessions.
In the first one or two sessions we will look at the different areas of your life, where you are at, which areas you want to focus on and towards which goals in the short and longer term. Depending on your goals we will work on different exercises during the following sessions. These exercises encourage self-discovery, overcoming internal and external barriers, positive change and taking actions. There will be work in between sessions and email and telephone support.
The exercises I use are based on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming - NLP explores the relationships between how we think, how we communicate and our patterns of behaviour and emotion and helps individuals choose to think differently to become more efficient), TA (Transactional Analysis- a theory of personality and communication), mindfulness, relaxation, meditation. Some people benefit from certain exercises more than others. I will adapt the sessions to you and your goals.
How many sessions are needed? It is very difficult to say. It really depends on you. For Life Coaching to work and to create a lasting change, your commitment is paramount. We start with 4 sessions and we re-evaluate regularly together the need for further sessions. My objective is for you to learn from our sessions so you can continue to stand and progress on your own. Sometimes it takes 12 sessions over 6 months. Sometimes clients take a break after 4 sessions and return when they have achieved their first short-term goal and wish to have focused, professional support for the next step in their life.

MY FEES
Starter Pack: your first 4 sessions at £180 (£45 per session)
Following sessions can either be booked in block of 4 sessions at a price of £200 (£50 per session) or individually at a price of £55 per session.
Fees are payable in advance and include email and telephone support in between sessions.
Sessions last 45-50 mn.
